Whimsical Cat 1
After being away from my studio for so long, I was anxious to create something, be among my brushes, and paint again.
After a couple of drawings, I end up with this whimsical cat illustration and a gratification feeling. I am happy to be back in to my studio :)
The overall drawing uses lines to convey the essence of a cat's face with minimal detail, focusing on form and expression. The interplay of straight and curved lines captures the cat's sleekness and softness, making the drawing feel refined and approachable.
Colored with watercolor, color pencil, and acrylic paint.
